The Quad City Christmas Arts & Craft Fair is 85% country crafts and 15% fine arts.  This is the largest indoor handcrafted fair in the area. I am happy to say that we had 10,1000 in attendance again this year.

We will maintain our policy of handcrafted items only, (see rules # 5 and #11).

There is a $4 admission charge. We flood the area with $1.00 off admission coupons for 2 weeks in 19 newspapers covering a 50 mile radius of Rock Island. 

Due to the good reputation and size of this traditional event in the Quad City Area, we receive coverage from numerous media outlets including the TV News stations. In addition, we also advertise on billboards and road signs.

Each year we arrange to have some of our exhibitors featured on the Paula Sand’s TV Show during the week of Thanksgiving.  This daily TV show is very popular in the area with our targeted audience and is priceless. Last year we had 5 exhibitors featured on Paula Sand’s.

We offer the convenience of three different days for check in and setup (see registration for dates and times). Load in and load out is very easy with the building being on ground level with no steps and provides large overhead doors on three sides of the building.  The center also has industrial size carts available to use at no cost.

We encourage demonstrations of your product and skills.  For those of you who can demonstrate and draw  a crowd, we will allocate additional space at no cost depending on space availability. These demonstrations will set our fair apart from the others and increase traffic and sales  to your exhibit.

All exhibitors are required to park in the designated areas only. If this is a problem, please contact me before registering for this event.  we provide a shuttle to and from the city lot before and after the fair each day. We do have space available for all sizes of trailers. We also have on-site storage for your excess inventory and or packing material in the same building. this will allow you to re-stock whenever you need and have your boxes available as well.

We are using LaQuinta Inn again this year as our host motel. The discount rate for all exhibitors is $48.00 plus tax per night for one to four people.

We have a contest for the most $1.00 off admission coupons that come in through the ticket window from each exhibitor. 2011 First Place winner was Sue Gorge for $50 and second place winner was kathleen Morrow for $25. If you would like to participate, then mark the coupons and Qty wanted on your registration.
